At Jack Georges, we know how important it is for you to have your Christmas gift arrive when you need it! Order now and select the "Free Expedited Shipping for Delivery by December 24th" option at checkout - Orders must be over $250, shipping to a destination within the 48 contiguous United States, and received by 1:00 PM, ET Monday, December 22nd. We will select the shipping method to have your order scheduled for delivery on or before December 24th.

Please keep in mind that in some instances, weather conditions may be a factor that will affect delivery time and day. Jack Georges, Inc. is responsible for shipping your order in time for scheduled delivery by Christmas but is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)regardless of the reason for delay. The carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) is responsible for an actual timely delivery once your package is picked up. 

Jack Georges ships product directly from our factory and warehouse in northern New Jersey on regular working days (Monday - Friday; non-holidays). Non-personalized items are typically shipped by the first working day following the day you place your order. Items with monogramming may take an extra business day, especially during the holiday season. 

Please use the Ground map below as a guideline to help you choose the shipping method that is right for your needs. UPS does not guarantee that Ground shipments will arrive within this time frame, especially to rural destinations or if weather is an issue. UPS will be responsible for a timely delivery once your package is picked up.

Wallets and other small leather goods may be shipped via USPS mail, depending on their final destination. If a ship to address is a PO Box on a small leather goods order, it can only be delivered by USPS mail. We may use UPS or FedEx services for certain packages.

Jack Georges, Inc. is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other carrier. Please note, the shipping carriers will only offer money back guarantees on next day air service at this time and only if it is an error or delay on their part - this does not include delays caused by inclement weather or what they deem to be uncontrollable events. If a 2nd Day air package is not delivered when expected, they will not refund the cost of shipping.

A UPS or Fedex driver may decide to deliver your package to a local access point instead of the shipping location that you requested - both carriers give their drivers the right to do so at the driver's discretion, for any reason. We email tracking information once a package is shipped. It is your responsibility to track the package and see if it is delivered to an access point. If it is delivered to an access point, it is your responsibility to pick it up within the time frame that the access point allows, which is usually 5 to 7 days from the time it arrives at the access point. Some access points allow more time, that is their prerogative. If a package is not picked up from an access point and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the initial cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping from the access point and will be invoiced accordingly before the package can be reshipped to you. The total shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if you decide that you don't want the package reshipped. If items are personalized in any way (including monogramming), there is no refund on the items and you will be responsible for the cost of having the items reshipped to you.

Please keep in mind that your order must be processed and transmitted to us by the credit card processor or Paypal before 11:00 am, ET on a business day for it to ship that same business day. Otherwise, it will ship on the following business day.
