He selected a full-grain buffalo leather that is 40% stronger than cowhide and experimented with it until he got everything that he wanted and then some.

A light mark can easily be rubbed out with your finger which allows the natural oils in the buffalo leather to shift and fill in a surface scratch. It’s one of those unique characteristics that customers won't notice immediately but greatly appreciate over time as a deep, rich patina builds naturally in a personal that makes the leather feel alive.
