Even tho I’ve put more weight in it than one should ever do, and lugged around books and other heavy stuff, there are no problems with any aspect of the bag. Q&A
- my laptop is 15" diagonal measurement while length is 13" and width is 9:. I have tried fitting laptop in this bag and it wont fit.
- If the outside dimensions of a bag are 13", it is highly unlikely that it will fit something with that length. You have to account for the thickness of the material, it's lining, etc. We do not have a vertical messenger or crossbody that will hold a laptop of that dimension. Also, none of the crossbody bags are padded for a laptop. I would suggest that you consider a bag like our style #7315 which is made for those purposes. Thank you.
- I have purchased voyager cross body bag but it wont fit my 15" dell laptop so I have returned it. is it possible to have custom one made
- The costs of having one custom made may be high at this time. I would suggest that you find a messenger that works with the outside dimensions on your laptop. You can always provide us with the measurements and check if a bag will work for your needs. Thank you.

- The dimensions of the bag are 11 1/2" x 13" x 2 1/2". More than likely, that is too small for a laptop but always check a laptop's overall dimensions since laptops can vary greatly in outside dimensions even if they share the same screen size.
- How deep into the bag does the side zippered pocket go? I see it pictured with a cell phone, but was wondering if it would hold a larger wallet?
- It should hold a larger wallet without issue. The depth of the pocket is about 10" and the height of the pocket is about 8" inside (with a 7" opening).
- Can I custom order a bag with Hermès type print fabric on the inside?
- Unfortunately, we do not make custom versions of this bag except in high quantities. We can only make custom pieces of our made in the USA collections (https://www.jackgeorges.com/collections/made-in-the-usa) but it all depends on what needs to be done. We would not have a lining similar to Hermes.
