"This bag has been on flight decks all around the globe carrying charts, laptops, and an overnight change of clothes. I do a lot of classroom pilot training and this bag meets all the professional standards as far as appearance. Looks like new and all I do is a scrub down with saddle soap and beeswax every six months. 25 years and going strong."

"My wife bought me this briefcase when I got a new job that required me to shuttle back and forth between two offices in New York and New Jersey. I needed a roomy briefcase to carry files. That was 1992 -- the dawn of the digital era, but we still schlepped a lot of paper around. I continue to use this case today. Now it carries my laptop, tablet and other necessities. I wish I could upload a picture to this review because the case has aged beautifully with much character. I treat it with a good leather conditioner once a year. If you buy this case, you will surely love it and someone will get it when they clean out your stuff after the funeral."

"I graduated from college about 3 years ago and needed to look the part of a real professional (no more backpack in meetings). After having the bag for about 6 months, I can not say enough great things about it. It is beautifully and painstakingly made, durable for lots of travel, and is perfectly sized for both small (single meeting) and medium trips (2-3 workdays). I take about 6 flights per week and it still looks like new with a little patina on the back where I hook it onto my roller bag suitcase handle. Could not recommend higher for aesthetics, utility, craftsmanship and overall quality."
