"This is my husbands second briefcase from Jack George’s! The first one lasted over ten years!! Customer service was amazing! I had gotten gift cards to purchase this briefcase ( which gave me a 20% discount!!) and I forgot that I had a second one for the total and paid in cash! I emailed immediately- they refunded my charge and took care of the bill with the GC I had on file with them all on their end and over the weekend within 24 hrs. Very few companies have this type of customer service these days. The quality is top notch , delivery was quick and even opening the box, wrapped well, was exciting."
"This is a great briefcase. The quality and finish is superb. I'd been using soft-sided nylon briefcases for a while, but didn't care for them. This briefcase is exactly what I've been looking for. I really like how it stands up on its own, without having to lean against a wall or cabinet. Also, the handles stand up and can readily be grabbed when it's time to go. I dislike having to reach down to find a handle on each side of a more soft-sided briefcase with soft, floppy handles. The leather on this Jack Georges case is absolutely beautiful."
