A Legacy Peice

"I purchased an earlier iteration of this briefbag as a graduation present present from law school back in 1997 or '98 (that version had a shoulder strap, which I wish this one also had). The bag has served me exceptionally well over my nearly 30 year career as an attorney, and of course I still own and cherish it, I will leave it to one of my kids someday. Over time, it had so much use that the leather's patina now renders it somewhat less than ideal in a courtroom setting, but it looks absolutely beautiful. I purchased this version about a year ago and I love it as much as my first one (although again, why did you do away with the shoulder strap???). It is stunningly beautiful, extremely well crafted, and highly utilitarian for my daily needs as a busy lawyer. Bravo! Maybe I will buy another in about 30 years!"

More you beat it, better it looks!

"I have owned this 'belting leather' bag for 10 years and have pounded the cr*p out of it in every conceivable way. Belting leather is totally unique in that the more you beat it, the better it looks, taking on a burnished and beautiful patina. The construction is also incredible, I carry hugely heavy loads that would have destroyed lesser cases.. Also service has been great, I have gone through several hardware components and JG service has cheerfully waranteed the products whenever needed."

Final Brief Case

"I bought this bag as my final bag to end my working career. We shall see but at this point it is perfect. Plenty of room for everything I need to carry. Classic look and have received many compliments on it's appearence. Many ask if it is from Coach. I take that as an insult but proudly say Jack Georges. I have tried everything from JW Hulme, Rawlings etc. This bag I like best. Sometimes I wish it had "feet" on it but without them I dont have to worry about scratching my hardwoods or the interior of my car."
