"QUALITY WAS GREAT, BUT WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE DESRIPTION LISTED AS MONOGRAM. MONOGRAM TYPICALLY MEANS YOUR LAST NAME INITIAL IS IN THE MIDDLE AND A LARGER FONT THEN THE OTHER TWO LETTERS. (THIS WAS A PART OF A WEDDING GIFT) AFTER I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY STATED MONOGRAM IS JUST ENGRAVING. WOULD NOT TAKE BACK AND PROVIDE NEW ONE AS IT WAS ENGRAVED. ALITTLE DISCOURAGED ABOUT THAT."
