"I was lucky enough to earn this briefcase as a promotion in law school. I used the bag nearly every day for years in court. It is a little heavy, but I take that to be an indication of the quality leather and construction. The leather faded a bit on the edges and corners, but it wore in naturally and never felt the need to protect the briefcase, i.e. it was as natural on a counsel table, as tossed in the trunk of my car or under the seat of an airplane. Mine lasted nearly a decade before the hardware on the strap bent. After years of rough use, I reluctantly retired my first briefcase and came right back to Jack Georges to shop for a replacement."
