"Over the last 20 years, I have owned 2 of these briefcases. They look fantastic and wear well after 20 years of travelling in and out of airports. The first time I brought this bag into the office, I had at least 3 people inquire "where" they could get this bag, which looks extremely professional. I liked this bag so well, my wife and I bought one for our son as a graduation gift. He has been in the workforce with it for 12 years. If you decide to get this bag, be sure to purchase the Jack Geroges contioning no wax lotion. It will keep you bag looking great and help it last for years. Don't use store bought was based lotions. they will dull the bags really nice shine. Okay, I'm out."

"I bought this bag in 2011 and have been using it everyday for work and travels. I have gotten many compliments about how beautiful and elegant the bag looks, even after 9 years of use. The hook on one end of the strap broke a couple of weeks ago so I contacted customer service. I was immediately given instructions to send it for repair. I shipped on a Tuesday, and got it back on Saturday, repaired and conditioned, at no charge. I love my bag! Thank you Jack Georges for high quality products and your warranty service!"
