"This is a great bag- it hold my laptop (MacBook Air + charger), files, and even a water bottle, all without looking like you're ready to climb Kili. I've received many compliments from clients about the style and classic look of the bag. And the bag comes with great support. I received this bag (in Cognac) as a birthday gift from my wife. A week or so ago, the front latch failed (some sort of spring came out), so I called customer service. Less than 3 business days later, I have a new latch, at no charge, and my best-ever briefcase is back on the job. THANKS!!"
