Ordering

• Can I order by telephone?

Yes. Please call our toll-free number at 1-800-433-5225 and we’ll be happy to take your order or answer any questions that you have. You’ll be asked for the item numbers that are of interest to you, so it will be helpful to have those product numbers or descriptions on hand.

• Can I order by fax?

Yes. Please add the items to your shopping cart as if you were ordering over the internet. Then, when you’re prompted to order by fax, simply print out and sign the order form. Our fax number is 1-973-777-6028.

• Can I order over a secure internet connection?

Yes. This is the easiest and quickest way to order. Our website uses 128-bit encryption to secure every purchase. For your additional safety, your credit card is never saved in the jackgeorges.com system.

• Can I order if I’m outside the U.S.?

Yes. We will ship your order via United States Postal Service Express Mail. Most shipments will arrive in 3-5 business days. Please note that the recipient may be required to pay duties and taxes based on the laws of their respective country.

• How do I add an item to my shopping cart?

Once you find an item that you like, click on “Add to Cart”. The item will stay in your shopping cart until you’re ready to check out. You can add as many items to your shopping cart as you like.

• How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart link at the top of any page and you will be directed to your shopping cart. Click the box marked “remove” next to the item that you no longer want. Click “update quantities” on the bottom of the page and the item will be removed. You can easily add it back to the shopping cart at a later time.

• Will the items in my shopping cart be saved if I have to leave the site?

Yes! If you have registered with Jack Georges, you are automatically given a "members cart". To save items in your members cart, just make sure that you're logged in to the website before closing your browser. Next time you come back to the store, simply login again and all your items will still be in your cart!

• Do I have to have a credit card or a debit card? Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

If you are placing an individual order (that is, not a team order), you must use either a credit card or a Visa/Mastercard debit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. In order to use a debit card, it cannot be ATM-based or require a P.I.N. to activate it.

• How do I change my order?

Once you submit an order over the internet, your order is immediately processed. In some cases, we may be able to change your order if you call us within an hour of your order. Please call us at 1-800-433-5225 if you have any questions.

Shipping and Returns

• What are your shipping rates?

We set your shipping rates based on the size of your order. We will occasionally send your order in separate shipments and will notify you if this happens. Wallets and other small leather goods may be shipped via US Priority Mail depending on their final destination. 

Please use the UPS Ground map below as a guideline to help you choose the shipping method that is right for your needs.  UPS does not guarantee that ground shipments will arrive within this time frame, especially to rural destinations or if weather is an issue.

• How can I check my order status?

After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email with information regarding what you purchased. Included in that email will be a link to check your order status. Remember, you can always see all details of your account by logging into to the Jack Georges website at https://www.jackgeorges.com/login.

• What is your return policy?

• How do I return a product if I don’t have the invoice or packing slip?

Please call 973-777-6999 ext 17. You will be asked questions pertaining to your order including your name, your address, your telephone number, the reason why you’re returning the item and the approximate date of purchase. And, don’t forget that you need to get a Return Authorization Number before you ship your item back to us.

• How do I know if you’ve received my return package?

You will receive an email notifying you that we’ve received your package. For security reasons, we suggest insuring the package for the value of its contents. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail.

• Where do I send my return?

Please call us for your return authorization number and we’ll tell you where to ship your return.

• Is your website secure?

Yes - Jack Georges implements industry standard security policies to protect you while you shop. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Authorize.net to facilitate our credit card transactions. Authorize.net processes the credit cards, so Jack Georges, Inc. will NEVER see you credit card number. Authorize.net protects your privacy and information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

• What is your Privacy Policy?

Jack Georges does not require you to submit personal information for general use of our website. By "personal information" we mean any information that would personally identify you, including your name, age, address, telephone number, and email address. Your personal information will not be sold or provided to any individual, company, or organization. Our web server automatically logs information relative to each visitor's domain or access provider, but does not recognize or log individual email addresses. The website access statistics are collected and analyzed to determine how many visitors our website receives, what pages are being accessed, and how often. These statistics provide us with useful information about the performance of our website, and do not contain any personal information related to our visitors. The email you provide may be used to contact you. By using the Jack Georges website, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy. Lifetime Warranty and Repair


We handcraft each item to the best of our manufacturing capabilities and we pride ourselves on having a very low number of warranty repair claims. We use only the finest and most durable materials available, however, since all of our items are handcrafted, human error may occur. Our leather products are designed to improve with age. Slight marks and scratches, earned from normal use enhance the character of the item. The beauty of leather is that it wears and shapes itself to you over time and becomes more appealing.

Each Jack Georges® product comes with a lifetime warranty. This warranty entitles the buyer to repairs due to defective parts or workmanship. This warranty is valid for the life of the product and does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes scratches or abnormal abuse of the materials. This warranty is not designed to be used as a replacement policy through the manufacturer. Product maintenance or refurbishing is available for a nominal charge (usually $35-$100).

In the unlikely event that your Jack Georges® product should need repair, there is no need to contact a retailer as all claims are processed directly through our repair department. Our policy is simple: once we receive your item, it is repaired and shipped directly back to you, usually within 24 hours of our receipt.
